Some lawyers charge a sliding scale starting at 50%, and while most injury lawyers charge 1/3 of what they get for you and do not charge if they don’t get you any money, the similarities stop there. No Legal Fee for Your Motorcycle Damage Claim!
We do not charge you a legal fee for the money we get you to repair or replace your motorcycle. Other attorneys charge 1/3 of that and have said we’re crazy to work for free! We don’t charge to get you the money for your motorcycle because we know that most motorcyclists want to get another motorcycle, and it would be difficult if we charge you 1/3 of that. We recently obtained $28,000 to replace our client’s motorcycle, and we did not charge anything for that.
